Independent Virtual Assistance Job

We are looking for a part-time or full-time Virtual Assistant that can support our company greatly in daily and recurring tasks.

Do you like using internet technology like your web browser or your email program, chat software like Skype and do you want to become a part of a successful business?

Here are a couple tasks we would like you to do - to support our team:

Your Tasks:
------
- research the internet for a given topic and insert the results into an excel sheet/google docs
- research & come up with topics for our writers
- manage blog comments
- email potential business partners using "email templates" and reply if necessary (using email templates)
- be present in various forums and/or social media-sites like twitter, Facebook to represent our company
- be able to answer support tickets of our customers (templates given)
- proofread articles written by our writers
- help managing our other virtual workers (programmers, writers, graphic designers)
- transcribe audios/videos into text files


Of course a team spirit also requires some things that are not related to the tasks itself, so here is what your new colleagues expect.

Your Skills & Experience & what we expect:
------
- You communicate/report on a daily basis.
- If required - You are available at Skype during main business hours (CET 9AM till 5PM) -> Note: CET is your time minus 4 hours
- Excellent English language skills.
- You get stuff done!
- You can work at a fast pace.
- You can manage your own time properly.

Nice To Have (but no requirement):

- knowledge/experience in marketing
- knowledge/experience in psychology
- knowledge how to create and manage websites via wordpress
- knowledge about css & html & jquery
- knowledge of the german language (-> definitely not a must)
