PPC/Adwords Specialist - Full Time - $400 to $800 per month (negotiable)

Due to growing demand for our services, we're looking to add an AdWords rockstar to the team...

I'm a 1-man show with a quickly growing digital marketing company that specializes in all things Google. I've been in business for 6 months and I've grown so fast that I need to find someone to manage all of our Google AdWords accounts.

The ideal candidate is someone who's very tech-savvy, has experience with Google AdWords, is hungry to learn & grow as a digital marketing professional. The PERFECT situation would be someone who would stay with the company for 3+ years and grow from this Specialist position to a Manager/Director.

If you need to be given direction at every turn then this work environment won't be enjoyable. I'm looking for a self-starter, a go-getter, someone that will go figure things out with my mentorship (but not with me holding your hand).

Our core service offering is PPC Management, but we also take on additional projects involving web design, SEO, Fb Ads, and lead generation.

Primary responsibilities revolve around the entire lifecycle of an AdWords campaign: from research, planning & strategy - to daily management, monthly reporting & ongoing optimization.

You go to the front of the line if you're experienced with:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Data Studio
- Wordpress
- SEO
- Google Search Console

I'm looking for someone who's committed to greatness, someone who doesn't shy away from a challenge. I expect you to keep up on industry trends by reading blogs & listening to podcasts in your free time. I expect you to complete professional development courses (on the clock + the company's dollar) and certifications & then suggest improvements based on what you've learned.
