Overview:
The Accountant/Bookkeeper is responsible for ensuring accounts receivable, payables are paid on time. Completing financial reports for all entities of
Health Care. Completing weekly spa reports, credit card charges, and other responsibilities as stated below;
Cash and Credit Management – credit cards, bank account and POS system all working together to ensure appropriate balances.
Full responsibility for Accounts
Payable and efficient solutions that ensure appropriate money in bank account to pay vendors on time including cutting checks and delivery to credit cards payments and entries.
Future part of the
position: Payroll updates and processing
Desired Skills:
Experience with Quickbooks software, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred, experience preparing income tax returns and processing payroll preferred but not required for now.
Looking for a self motivated individual willing to accept responsibility and finish tasks. Discretion and confidentiality must be maintained in and out of the office at all times. Salary will be based on experience.
Working hours is based on EST.
