We are looking for a VA to assist the owner of a construction company.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in an admin. VA role
- Knowledge and experience in accounting is a must!!!
- Experience in a construction company preferable

Your work schedule will be the following:
Must be available for training and communication 08:00am - 05:00pm Mon-Fri CST (9:00pm - 05:00am Mon-SatPHT). *** Looking for these hours ONLY. Must be able to work nights productively. This is a full-time position

You must be proficient in English (speaking & writing). And you must be available to speak to our team directly by phone, skype or chat at all times during your shift.
- Must have personal computer and headset
- Must have reliable internet with AT LEAST A 3 MBPS PLAN or CAN UPGRADE AS SOON AS HIRED (and an alternative internet if main internet is down)
- Excellent English verbal and typing skills
- Strong Internet connection to host Skype meetings
- Strong Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computer application skills
- Attention to details
-Organization skills for creating and maintaining files
- Ability to follow through
- Administrative tasks
- Computer literate
- Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work

- A trial period is best for both parties
