JOB OVERVIEW

Do you want to be a part of a fast paced, growing ecommerce store with talented individuals?

Do you have experience running and managing Shopify ecommerce stores?

If you do, then we'd love to welcome you to our team of talented individuals!

Key tasks:
- Set up new products
- Adjusting pricing and liquidating stock
- Setting up composite variant stock
- Updating product photos, descriptions and videos
- Merchandising, sorting and order collections based on best selling/custom requirements
- Updating website graphics (front page, collections, other pages etc)
- Management of incoming supplier shipments into the site
- Following up with suppliers for shipment of product
- Working with suppliers to establish new products and onboard them onto our site
- Checking out of stocks and adjusting visibility on our website accordingly
- Management of stock numbers to ensure it matches our inventory system
- Working closely with our warehouse team to ensure maintenance of stock levels, new products and updates
- Hiding sold out products
- Removing negative reviews and resolving issues with customer service

You will need to have strong skills in the following systems and platforms:
- Shopify
- Trade Gecko
- Spark Shipping (Drop Shipping integration)
- Amazon Seller Center / Amazon Marketplace
- Excel
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- Slack
- Email

You will have the following key characteristics
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent english
- Understanding of ecommerce

TIME:
- 35+ hours per week
- Full time role

RATE / SALARY:
- Market rate based on experience
