Hi there! I’m hiring a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes fonts, typography and layout for a full-time role designing T-shirts. I’m looking for someone highly organised, hard working and who has great attention to detail.

• Experienced in using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Highly skilled at working with text and fonts; layout and typography
• Highly organised
• Pays attention to detail
• Can work fast and also produce alot of high quality work
• Won’t be easily offended
• Go-getter attitude
• Extremely reliable
• Positive, no excuse attitude


ABOUT ME - Colin:
• I run a T-shirt Design Licensing Business
• I have been designing T-shirts and work as a University Professor for 10+ years
• I move very fast and expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees and treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an English (UK) Company located in London


ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Must be able to use your own computer (software), internet and work remotely
• Use Google Docs
• Follow guidelines and instructions for designing
• Work and design independently
• Manage your own time
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week
• Potential to grow in the role as the company grows

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week leading to twice monthly payment
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day - New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
