T-Shirt designer for Merch by Amazon

I am searching for a designer for Merch by amazon. Must have experience using Photoshop and a strong understanding of Amazon compliance regarding copyright and trademark infringement.

Eventually I would like to hire someone more full time but initially I would like to pay by design so I can see the quality of work.

I will pay $3 per design for the first 10 designs.

With a strong work ethic and shown knowledge of compliance, product research and design Quality I would like to move forward with a full time position.
