Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is an integral part of the business and is responsible for the marketing of two current online businesses Chiora and Mumazing. There may be other businesses in the future.

Brief Description of Duties

• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
• Tracking conversion rates on the website and liaising with the Webmaster
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital
marketing

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Minimum 2 years as a digital marketer
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Experience in SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
Good knowledge of affiliate marketing
Excellent written and verbal English
Proven ability to work autonomously and without direction
Great attention to detail
Have access to High Speed internet
Likes working with entrepreneurs
Warm, trustworthy positive and down to earth personality
Kind and sincere
Conscientious and hard worker

Desirable Knowledge

Experience with YouTube and Video Marketing
Be familiar with Australia or have worked for an Australian before
Self development industry and coaches
