VA for Shopify and Amazon Stores

Looking for a Virtual Assistant who can work 9am-5pm 5 day/week Pacific Standard Time for a US based E-commerce business specializing in Shopify and Amazon platforms.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Shopify and Amazon (Not Oberlo)
Good copywriting skills
Must be able to speak and write English with excellent grammar
Must have basic knowledge of Hootsuite, Instagram, Facebook Advertising
Must be open minded
Good multi-tasking skills
Fast internet connection without drops

Assets:

Photoshop skills
Internet marketing background
Sales background

Primary Tasks:

Customer Service (Answer calls, chat, email)
Uploading products to Shopify
Amazon Product Research
Social Media account management through programs such as Hootsuite

Other tasks will be through given projects on a consistent basis
