We find distressed properties and help make them beautiful again by wholesaling them to investors!! It’s Kind of like HG tv, but we find them the houses to rehab.

We are a small company of 5 that purchase distressed properties around the twin cities (Minnesota). We are looking for someone that has real estate experience and understand how to:

-Identify property mortgage history and all debt attached( will train)
-Run Comps and property information
-create packets and send them to our sales team

We are currently expanding into 7 counties around our office and need someone to vet foreclosed properties for us. There is a very specific process in doing this that requires someone who is very detail oriented. One mistake could change the profitability of a deal by hundreds of thousands. That being said once you get the hang of it it's easy. No rocket science here, just a tall learning curve for a couple weeks.
We have about 100-200 deals a month that need to be vetted. Each one might take you 10 minutes when you become a master! So let's start with 15 hours a week for each assistant (hiring 2)

Also, the program used charges us per click to find information so we need someone who can learn relatively quickly... it's like $2 a click sometimes.
I’m an easy going guy, should be rather laid back after initial training. Once we identify when each county releases information, I’d like you guys to do those leads day of. So I'm guessing Mondays and Wednesdays will be the busiest.
