Summary of Responsibilities:
• The role will be responsible for the sourcing of suitable applicants for a client position by conducting research on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc.
• The Senior Recruiter will conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability and compensation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Atleast 2 years in college.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• 1 year experience in Sales, Collections, Technical Support, Customer Service or equivalent an advantage.
• Willingness to work the night shift.
