EXPERT SEO SPECIALIST/LEAD

We’re looking for a an Expert SEO Specialist to help with our whole website redesign to be more effective and converting. You’ll be helping to take the site live and maintaining it (SEO field) and with On-Page, Off-Page and Marketing Efforts to help our Business perform better in the market.


Responsibilities
On-Page Optimization
Off-Page Optimization/Efforts
Guest Blogging, Off Page Campaigns and etc.
Proper Meta data input for all media, pages, posts.
Help Guide our writers with their outputs to be more SEO friendly
Help Rank the site in the First Page somewhere 1-5 position
Weekly/Bi-weekly Audit of the site for changes or things needed to be done or amplified
Checking the Analytics regularly for behavior of our visitors and offer suggestions to the site for changes.

Requirements
Please read the qualifications for this position carefully. The successful applicant will have to get up to speed quickly and therefore, we will only consider those who meet all the criteria listed below.
More than 4 years of experience with SEO
Adept with SEO Tools, Data and ranking sites in the first page
Can provide highly needed suggestions, concepts and opinions that would help with the overall function and ranking of the site.
Knows how to explain their work, why they’re using such combination of tools and why they are suggestion such changes to the site.
Good communication skills (English), attention to detail and to be available for revisions requests.

Project Details
Can pay Per Hour if the Specialist can explain why choose the kind of payment.
Can work on the companies site first before can proceed with the remaining other sites.
Pages samples are: Homepage, Service Page, Sub-service Pages and Inner Pages
Budget: Willing to pay tier 2-1 rates as we’re looking for the best, just need them to return exact value of output they’re paid.
Timeframe: Long-term for the right candidate
