Website developer-Graphic artist

I have some websites that need developing. I want to merge them with catalogs of products that already exist. I want to control the shopping cart as well as designs. The web person I seek must understand this element. There is some integration that will take place so the orders will reach the appropriate company.
I will be integrating 3-4 different companies into my website.
