Project Manager, Appointment Setter, Sales Specialist, Team Leader, VA

We are currently looking for a Project Manager/ Appointment Setter/ Team Leader/ VA for a US account. This is a home based, full time, long term role.

This will be a perfect job for you if you have the following attributes:
- We are looking for a project manager who has vast experience in creating training materials and modules.

- A good English speaker to work as a sales specialist/ appointment setter and perform as the team leader.
- You must have 3-5 years minimum sales/outbound experience.
- At least 3 years working from home
- at least 3 years cold calling US/ Australian/ Canadian/UK accounts
- You must have your own reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated phone line, VOIP line is not preferred but will be accepted if all other criteria is met.
- You must have ability to show US-based phone number on caller ID and record all calls for period of 30 days for quality assurance purposes.
- You will use our Scan Report software and proprietary CRM for tracking client account details and status. Initial and preliminary contact information will be kept updated on an Excel spreadsheet.
- Experience working with CRM systems and phone dialers and related software and equipment is mandatory.
• You must provide a DAILY contact report listing # of calls made, # of voice mails left, # of live contact made, # of emails delivered, # of Scan Reports emailed, # of follow up meetings booked, # of payment links emailed and # of client meetings scheduled with the on-boarding team.
