Online Digital Marketing Executive (SEO/SEM/SMM) – Significant Experience Required

We are looking full time support to assist us in growing a US-based business (and for related businesses/projects). We are looking for a superstar online marketing associate – one who truly is an expert in online marketing with a focus on off-page SEO, social media marketing (mainly Facebook) and search engine marketing (Adwords). Candidate must speak and write near fluent English, have at least 5+ years of specific experience and be motivated and be able to work independently. Market salary and significant bonus potential.

Job Focus:
The candidate will spend the almost all of their time in the following areas:
- SEO – search engine marketing – on page bust mostly off page SEO analysis and link building/commenting
- SEM – search engine marketing – review, analyze and manage Google Adwords campaign. Specific focus on PPC local campaigns (not national)
- SMM – social media marketing and management – manage Facebook ad accounts and all social media account pages
- Content Development – Create Blog articles and postings and content for social media site – initially based on topics presents and later on an independent basis.

Specific Tasks:
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Technology Skills:
- Must have significant experience with Adwords, Facebook Ads and ---------- tools
- Must be fast typer and fast in general
- Must have reliable Internet services
- Significant experience in SEO, SEM and SMM is required

Communications Habits:
- Near fluent speaking ability in English and fluent English writing ability
- Must be available weekly (Monday-Friday) during working hours (expectation of full-time support). General work may be performed during the day in your local Philippines time but occasional time during US Eastern Time will be required
- Must be rapidly accessible and responsive using email and Skype
- Available for morning/evening calls as needed

- We are looking for a full-time, committed VA. We expect the candidate to not take on additional VA or project work for other companies, etc. Multiple employers will result in no payment for services.

Expected Compensation:
- Range: $600mo - $1000mo (USD) for full time support dependent on skills, experience and overall abilities
- Bonus: Significant bonus potential possible. Our goal is to generate leads to our website. We will pay bonuses for converted leads of between $100 and $1000 depending on the method of lead acquisition and the value of the lead. Our baseline is currently low so at a minimum $100 per converted lead (that we actually monetize via the business) will be paid for web leads.
- Will be paid monthly in arrears using PayPal
