Front End UI coder Fulltime

Looking for a experienced front end coder who can Design Responsive templates from PSD designs . Some PSD knowledge should be great as well . We need pixel perfect conversion. So The PSD I send and the HTML you deliver should be exactly 1:1 . Please mention if you know Jquery or Ajax as well ( not essential) . Need someone to start right away so please mention your availability as well. Monday to Friday 6-7 hours a day .
