Need Someone Great at MS Powerpoint for Video Production

I'm looking for someone that can:
(1) Do great market research on news and critical information related to various topics as asked
(2) Put together information in two forms: (a) script to be read during Powerpoint presentation [fluent in English preferred] (b) MS Powerpoint presentation presenting the main points that coincide with the verbal script
(3) Ability to really "spice up" the powerpoint with animation, clip art, images, etc. so that it doesn't look like something you would see in a classroom. It looks like an engaging, entertaining but informative video.
(4) Dedicate themselves to achieving all of the above in a quick and timely manner and striving to exceed expectations by learning new ways of doing things better than the competition.

Candidate with skills meeting or exceeding the requirements above will have potential opportunity for Full-Time hire.
