Full time Wordpress and SEO Master Required

Full time - 40+ hour a month - Permanent employment

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a team.
We have had staff for over 11 years.

Requirements before you apply:
1. Work California hours - the range is 8am PST - 10pm PST - within that span for 8 hours in a row
2. Must have full time internet access - reliable connection and good computer
3. You will be shown my site - and give a report on what's wrong with the SEO and how you plan to fix it
- most thorough answer wins - so if you aren't really an SEO ninja - don't apply
- you would be 100% responsible for my site, we will be doing a full re-theme and rebrand upgrade
- you must know or be able to quickly learn wp plugins
- you will keep the site clean, fast, and ranking at all times

You must have experience with the following -
- installing wordpress, changing anything, updating widgets, finding the keywords, installing SEO
- submit details - we work with over 60 themes - you need to be able to adapt to any theme
- doing full blown SEO for clients - sites, blog posts, YT, G+, LI, rankings, Google anything
- submit detailed skills here
- making sure everything is mobile ready and compliant
- website development - wordpress God
- ability to do graphics, banners, guide covers, PSD, anything that goes with a website - you can do
- able to track stats, hits, clicks, conversions, issues and report anything we need to know while improving SEO ranking of the site for keywords and alexa
- give a weekly SEO report showing SERP standings for any site you will be monitoring

Bonus skills
- Infusionsoft knowledge an asset or list any autoresponders you are familiar with
- FB or any ad based system - able to track and monitor
- social media - posting, understanding, tricks, tips, hootsuite

We are looking to build a team of loyal employees who enjoy steady cash for a stable employer.

Need you to be able to accept credit card payments for your wages and bill us. ie. Paypal invoicing us.

Looking to start at $425 per month. Will raise commensurate with your skills.

Once all the skills are developed we need you to master and you only need minor instructions and monitoring - it will be raised. We will determine when that point is achieved. It will be when you know our entire standard operating procedures manual and can do any of the tasks in it.

Daily timesheets and reports are required. You are required to login in via skype every day at start of shift - to text check in and get daily instructions or clarifications to your questions and before you leave check to make sure there is nothing we need urgently.

It's regimented, but those that work here are loyal, and know we are loyal too.
