Creation of a Database using Microsoft Access

Creation of a Database. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING MICROSOFT ACCESS
The creation of a database that contains a log-in for security, but has a place for the following: Primary family member name, address, email, phone numbers, a space for free text, Notes History (that could contain years of information/notes for a person or family), names and dates of birth of each family member.
This database must allow several users to use it at the same time.
This database must allow the export and import of csv files.
This database must allow me to search for a particular individual or family by name or phone number
