Corporate Relations Responsibilities:
To provide post-sales support to Corporate Relations Manager and corporate partners.
Sending of 'Thank-you'
Timely submission of necessary documents (e.g. EDM and security clearance name list) to our corporate partners.
Preparation of post-sales report for sharing with corporate partners
Assist to fill in activation schedules and Corporate Relations Manager's calendar with appointments
Escalate customers’ enquiries to relevant stakeholders
Customer Care Responsibilities:
To be the basic point of contact for customers with queries, feedback and complaints, and to provide them with excellent customer service.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone and/or
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
Process forms and follow-ups, as well as cash-on-delivery orders where necessary.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken (customer care log).
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Prepare reports on Customer Care activities
Requirements:
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative work
Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
Good communication skills - verbal and written English
Good listening and problem solving skills
Good time management skills
Able to take instructions and pay attention to details
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Gmail, Google Drive - and Magento (if possible)
Highly self motivated, willing to learn and able to adapt quickly to new processes within a short time frame
Commitment:
Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm
