Digital Marketing Project Task/Hour Manager

Hello, we are seeking long-term help. We are looking for a well organized, dedicated, and highly motivated person to help us keep track of project hours using an online time tracking software and basecamp.

You must have fantastic verbal and written communication skills. And must be able to take direction well!

We will provide you with step by step training!

What Digital Wheelhouse will do:
-We will organize our project notes and objectives and best as possible. And provide you a step by step guide for you to handle our job request as best as possible.

How you will help us:
-Help us manage our project hours for up to 30 projects.
-Every day you will add any project tasks to Basecamp 3. This is our online project management tool that we use to manage our client projects.
-We will provide you access to Basecamp 3 as well as Tick. Our time tracking software.
-At the end of every week, you will add the total hours worked for every project and add them to a Google spreadsheet.
-You will alert us if we are approaching total monthly project quotas.
