VA with experience on Amazon / eBay doing a variety of tasks.

We need a dedicated VA to help with the following on Amazon: verifying that our shipments have all been accounted for, submitting claims when competitor products get returned to us by mistake, asking for reviews from people who submit positive feedback, getting negative feedback removed, responding to negative reviews, submitting claims when counterfeiters list (we have Brand Registry) and patents on our products, looking for other counterfeit violators who create new listings with a knockoff product, Pulling a report monthly of all our data. On ebay, we also need someone to look for counterfeiters and report (there's a tool for this), making sure our products are listed....this is just a small list of the tasks. We can keep someone busy for probably 10-15 hours per week, but we need someone who has a lot of attention to detail because we are particular about our processes. We also need help with optimizing our listing on Amazon, and have some other tasks, depending on the skills of the VA
