Customer Service Representative - Call Center Agents

-Informs clients by explaining process; answering questions; providing information.
-In Charge of escalation and monitors incidents
-Document updates, issues and resolutions
-Maintains and improves quality results for client satisfaction

Qualifications:
-College Grad/Level/Undergrad of any course
-Senior High Grads are welcome with Excellent English Communication Skills
-BPO experience is not required but an advantage
-Amenable to work in holidays and shifting schedule
-Can work full time and can start ASAP
