Text Message Campaign & Auto Response Needed!

My company is looking for assistance automating text message campaigns to potential real estate clients. We are looking for someone who can help us automate the process.

AUTO RESPONSE
We receive new leads into our custom CRM complete with name, phone number, and location details of new leads. The lead is automatically assigned in our CRM to one of our Realtors based on the location details of the lead. We want a text message to automatically go out to the lead:

1) from a unique phone number that is forwarded to the Realtors primary phone and capable of receiving texts and phone calls, but that can also be monitored by the Company.

2) for the text message to reference specific data contained in our CRM (e.g. addressing the lead by name, introducing our Realtor by name, referencing the specified location)


TEXT CAMPAIGNS
We have many older leads in our CRM who need consistent follow-up. We would like to have some of the follow-up steps done through automated text messages. There would be several different campaigns driven by the lead's status in our CRM (e.g. contacted or not contacted, last spoken to 10 days - 20 days - 30 days ago, etc.). The campaign would need to:

1) send out text messages from several generic company numbers for some drip campaigns, where the company number area code matches either 1) the lead area code or 2) the location contained in the CRM. Responses to these text messages would be monitored by our inside sales team. (this would be for leads we have data for but have never made contact with)

2) send our text messages from a unique phone number that is forwarded to the Realtors primary phone and capable of receiving texts and phone calls, but that can also be monitored by the Company. (this would be for leads we made contact with but have not followed up with in some time)

3) the campaign would need to continue based on specific data contained in our CRM, and end based on specific data in our CRM. (e.g. lead status changes from "attempted contact" to "contacted" in our CRM, meaning we spoke to the lead, so the lead should not continue to receive the "attempted contact" drip campaign.


We can supply a copywriter for content, or if you know or have access to a copywriter we can use your contact.

Knowledge of PHP and mysql is required for integration into our custom CRM.
