JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

We are currently hiring a part-time email marketing and funnel system specialist to join our growing team. You will be using your own computer, internet and can set your own hours. You will need to be available a minimum of 2 hours a day. There will be an opportunity to grow in this position and become full time.

About Our Company:

We are Denver, Colorado’s first and premier winery tour company providing events and tours statewide. The company has been in business for over 3 years. Your role would be related to online marketing work and making sure we achieve our online marketing goals.


Software You Will Be Using:

-Time tracking software to record your hours
-Marketing software and other programs including active campaign/MailChimp, Zapier, WordPress, survey monkey,
-Graphic design software: photoshop and illustrator.

Your Responsibilities:

To start with, you will be responsible for a few tasks that will need to be executed on a daily basis, once you can complete these efficiently more work will be assigned.

TASK #1: Email Marketing

-You will be required to create a newsletter every month.
-This will entail finding topics or themes to create the content of the newsletter. These may include news about the wine tours, promotions, contests, exclusive event invitations or the like.
-Also, it will include designing a graphic(s) for it and optimizing the post for SEO purposes.
-The email marketing will be directed by a monthly promotions calendar that you will help design. These promotions will also be shared via social media.

We require an experienced marketing automation professional determined to help increase our results and save time. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience with ActiveCampaign with strong skills in Marketing Automation, Highly segmented Campaigns, Track and follow up prospects in CRM, Landing Page integration, Website integration, Wordpress integration, Reporting and more.

Reporting:

You will also be expected to report on email marketing metrics (open rate, bounce rate, click through rate, increase/decrease in members), social media (Facebook and Instagram) metrics, SEO and content marketing efforts.

Required Expertise:

ActiveCampaign, Wordpress, Mailchimp, ClickFunnels, Zapier and Survey Monkey.

Other Future Tasks:

If your skills extend to social media after the initial email marketing, funnel system task/project your job will extend to managing our social media efforts as well. See below for more details.

-Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, twitter, google+, LinkedIn, and others.
-You will be required to plan the week’s daily post on Facebook and Instagram. This will entail select topics, creating the content and graphics.
-This will be established in a funnel type of way with the goal of not only increasing traffic (sales) to our site but also, increase our email list, enticing visitors to sign up for our email list.
-The posts may include news, promotions, contests and anything else that could be enticing for people to visit our site or become an email member.

*Increase email member list
*Increase increase sales through a funnel system

Hours:

You will be required to work a minimum of 3-4 hours a day Mon-Fri. Once you are fully trained and can execute the work on your own these hours can be in your timezone. There will be more work and responsibility once you can efficiently complete your initial tasks.

Pay Structure:

This is an entry-level position with pay starting at $2.50 US Dollars/hour. You will be paid every other week VIA Paypal, Xoom, or your preferred payment method. To start it is estimated you will be working 15-20 hours/week.
