Graphic designer/illustrator

I am currently looking for a creative and reliable graphic designer to join a growing t-shirt business
As a Trial I will need at least 5-10 designs to start, with the potential for more long term design work if the trials perform well. Payment will be per design submitted and this is negotiable
You will be provided with the topics and designs that you will improve on and you are also to produce original designs. The designs will be text and or graphic based.
Communication is critical for working on this project; I am looking for a designer who can take directions, reliable, communicate effectively, be willing to learn new task, can meet deadlines and get back to me with the designs within a maximum of 1-3 days.
It will be helpful if you have a portfolio of previous design work
The shirts should be compatible with the format image specifications 15”W ---------- (4500x5400 pixels), sRGB less than 25MB. The design should have a transparent background so it can be added to various colours of shirts
Job tasks include:
*Using details, examples, notes and links provided to create unique and original designs to your design capabilities
* Verify that graphics, font or vectors used are commercial free by providing information links to confirm
*Light research work
*Meet daily design requirement
Skills required:
*Good command of English (spoken and written)
*Design research
*Spreadsheets
*Graphics and multimedia (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Photo editing, print design, Print Layout design, GIMP)
