Lead Generation Specialist

Experienced in list generating, finding specific people for the list, able to send out email blasts through Mailchimp or other platforms. Also, need someone for social media and direct mail, would be great to have one person do all.
Will be at least one project per month, maybe more.
Industry is real estate investing - experience preferred.
