Ionic Developer Or Similar Developer / Hybrid Mobile App

Hello, I am looking for an Ionic Developer for doing a hybrid mobile app.

You will have to :
- Follow the app mockup
- Integrate Push Notifications & Setup an API to send real-time notification of people near a place (Strongloop, LoopBack or Swagger API Like ?)
- Integrate Google Maps API & Geolocalisation
