Operations Manager For Online Business (Must Have Heavy Internet Marketing & Project Management Experience)

CEO of fast growing online music education website seeks a dedicated & experienced operations manager to help grow an online business. Must have great project management skills, hiring skills,leadership experience, extensive marketing management experience, and prior management experience leading and building a team.

This management role will help us build a team of rockstar contractors to help us scale our company. Additionally, you will help the owner of the company build systems and structure to achieve the ultimate objective of allowing him to own the business passively.

This position is for a person who:

Has a deep understanding of the business model of internet marketing and information marketing: i.e. ascension models, membership sites, traffic sources (Youtube, FB, SEO, Adwords, affiliate marketing), lead generation, conversion rate optimization, copywriting, funnels, etc.
Is resourceful.
Loves creating and executing plans to grow a company.
Can handle stress & tight deadlines.
Works very well with other people & can build rapport quickly with team members, customers, & vendors.
Has great attention to detail & quality.
Is not locked into just working 9-5 but embraces a "until it gets done" attitude.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in a business development role managing a team of people for either an e-learning, internet marketing, ecommerce, or information marketing company.
Expert command of the business model of internet marketing and information marketing: i.e. ascension models, membership sites, traffic sources (Youtube, FB, SEO, Adwords, affiliate marketing), lead generation, conversion rate optimization, funnels, etc.
High proficiency working with internet marketing software (wordpress, Ontraport, google docs, google analytics, etc.)
Experience working with Excel or google sheets.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects while adhering to strict time lines
Ability to problem solve and work with minimal or no direction.
Super proactive & highly responsive.
Impeccably organized.
Positive attitude.
Competency using a Mac.
