Seeking a Graphic Designer - Ongoing, Long-term Work Opportunity

We're an up-and-coming full-service internet marketing company and are looking for talented graphic designers we can employ on an ongoing basis to create high-quality designs.

If you're our ideal candidate, you'll understand how to quickly assess the needs and desires of a target market and visually speak directly to them with your creations. You will know how to design a clean, professional website design, facebook timeline, twitter design, power point template, 3D ebook, and more. You will be able to develop designs that are consistent and cohesive for a client's brand and identity. You will deliver your work on-time and communicate clearly about expectations and timelines.

We have hundreds of designs that we need to create each month. We pay on a PER-DELIVERABLE basis. Types of tasks and rates are as follows...

Social media + PPT branding: $25
Should be completely matching designs for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and PowerPoint; logos and art direction provided.

Editing of Website + Blog Design: $30
Based on a provided template, update design to include main page featuring eBook download, blog, and interior page layout and squeeze page; templates, logos, and art direction provided.

Additionally, we have an incentive structure for on-time delivery: 20% if you deliver the work on or before an agreed-upon deadline. 5% deducted for each day it's late. If you are more than 5 days late, the project gets reassigned to another designer.

The work will be ongoing. We have enough demand to provide a handful of talented designers as much work as they want.

The first project is a trial run to see how well we work together. Milestones will be defined and your first deliverable will be due 2 business days after you receive the project briefing with a 20% on-time bonus possible. Please bid at $50 for this first project.
