Head of Client Website Management

We can find a better title for you, but you'd basically be our company's hands-on, website, SEO, client management person. Solve the little problems that our clients need so I can focus on bringing in more problems for you to solve so you always have something to do :)

- Using our reputation platform and fulfilling on new clients
- Obtaining social media logins (or sending email to client to have them connect social media accounts)
- Ordering new social media sites to be created
- Connecting new social media sites to our platform
- Scheduling reputation syndication in our platform
- Removing negative reviews (if applicable)
- Creating videos using our software
- Updating clients' websites
- Producing content (either writing, spinning or ordering)
- Copying and pasting reviews from third party sites (like Yelp, Facebook, Google, YellowPages) onto the client's website
- Performing on-site and off-site SEO tasks

You MUST be an expert in WordPress

You MUST have a good, solid understanding of, and experience with, SEO and Google Maps (expert preferred), though further training and best practices will be provided

It's PREFERABLE that you:

- know how to use Beaver Builder
- know how to use Genesis Framework themes
- know your way around Google My Business
- know your way around Google Webmaster Tools (Search Console)
- know your way around Google Analytics
- know about Schema
- have used SEMrush (or at least know what it is)

In your application, please provide your past experience with SEO and WordPress and include the phrase, "WordPress pals and SEO buddies" so I know you read the whole thing.

Hours... Part-time to full-time. You'll have plenty to do right away. We'll work together to get you caught up to speed, but I'm relying on you to work autonomously managing the clients' websites, SEO and reputation according to best practices.

I need someone I trust to do the jobs without having to check everything. I will at first... but eventually, you'll be in charge of Client Success.

Thus, this is a long term position.

Pay is hourly. And I like to give bonuses. The longer you're with me, the more you take care of my/our clients' assets and happiness, and the more you prove your worth, the more you'll be paid and promoted. And you may (and probably will) manage a small team in the coming months/year.

We'll start you off with a 60-90 day trial period.
