JOB OVERVIEW

Email/Chat Care Associates

• Diagnose and provide a path to resolving inquiries related to aspects of the client customer experience • Diagnose and provide a path to resolving inquiries related to all aspects including device configuration, networking and account management • Accurately record all interactions via email handling systems, as well as internal support tools • Achieve contact center metrics including customer satisfaction, customer availability as well as schedule adherence and accuracy • Recognize and adjust his/her approach to all levels of customer’s experience • Educate customers on support options, and steps being taken to resolve their issue • Communicate positively with team members, customers and other Outsourced Suppliers

Requirements:

• Candidate must have completed at least 2 years in college • Fresh Grads are Welcome & Encouraged to Apply! • Relevant experience in handling Customer Service accounts and experience with technical accounts is a plus • Must have excellent communication skills (conversational, assertive and empathy) • Problem solving and analytic skills • Basic computer and internet navigation • Typing speed average of 35 WPM
