Need someone to run Real Estate comps

I’m looking for someone with some sort of experience running comps for our real estate leads. Leads include single family houses , multi family houses, vacant land , condos and townhouses

What is a comp?
Comps are comparable properties that are in similar condition, size and location that help us analyze and assess an approximate value of the property we are interested in
