Quote: "Doing business without advertising is like winking at a girl in the dark. You know what you are doing but nobody else does." -Steuart Henderson Britt

Steuart Henderson Britt definitely got it right. That's why we are looking for someone to help us up our advertising game. Not that nobody knows what we're doing, but we want to increase our brand awareness with the help of pay-per-click advertising on Facebook, Google, etc. This is where you come in. Well, that is if you are an amazing PPC Specialist (which I know you are!).

The PPC Specialist that we have in mind has the following:

-Experience in running Facebook Ads campaigns
-Experience in running Google Adwords campaigns
-Knowledge in Google Shopping (not required, but a big plus!)
-Knowledge in Bing Ads (not required, but another big plus!)
-Passion for learning
-Attention to detail
-Good sense of humor (Not really required, but a big plus! We'd love to have someone who can keep up with the team's humor.)

Does that sound like you? If so, keep reading. I bet you'd love to know more about what you'd be in-charge of if you were to be a part of the Nordic Quality team.

If you were to be hired, you'd be working remotely/online for 40 hours per week (160 hours per month) on semi-flexible schedule with a time tracker, taking care of the following tasks:

-Planning, executing, and managing Facebook paid advertising and Google ---------- campaigns as the main responsibility;
-Being in-charge of advertising campaigns on other social media sites, such as Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. (low priority);
-Performing account management of PPC accounts;
-Assisting in maintaining and monitoring of keyword bids, accounting daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics;
-Managing and maintaining updates for a large list of keywords;
-Providing creative suggestions on graphical advertising content;
-Generating weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives;
-Keeping update with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments;
-Working closely with other team members to meet goals.

What's in it for you?

-First of all, you'll get to report to an amazing boss! Isn't that great? Gone are the days when you'd go out with friends and talk about how much you love your job but you have a boss who makes things harder for you.
-Competitive compensation, plus benefits, and other cool stuff!
-Having an office where you feel at home. Well, I guess that's because it'll be right in your home. Bye, traffic!
-Comfortable dress code. You can literally work in your pyjamas. Or you can just have gym shorts on and/or your old favorite T-shirt, and you're done!
