We are basically a start-up brand with great potential if things are done right and in order. SO I am looking for someone who is particularly well organized, willing to go the extra mile and will work hard for this business.

We are looking for someone to work with long term. My brand is just about to launch and so I need someone who knows how to run a successful online business and can get me to launch asap. The sooner we launch the sooner money comes in and salaries get bumped

We will work together and grow this business. I am mostly on Instagram but still need help with content creation and other daily tasks for facebook and instagram.

Please, prior experience with this type of work is important because I cannot start teaching from scratch and I want to start the year on the move with someone who can meet me on the same level of knowledge in the complex internet marketing world :)

You must be willing to talk on the phone, either audio or video call and must be easily accessible. This is non-negotiable because I need to know the person I am working with.

Your tasks will include but not limited to;

1. Manage blog by creating and posting articles (must hv knowledge in Wordpress - blog is about online business and internet marketing tips)

1b. Promote blog using different strategies.

2. Manage social media accounts ig, vi and Twitter, Pinterest (I use schedugram and tweetdeck) should help with scheduling and posting content. This will free up time to work on engagement and grow the following.

3. Must know how to create graphics and unique image posts for social networks - Canva (can be learned in the long run - or other tools) - Be willing to learn.

4. Other traffic getting strategies like forum marketing, blog commenting, social bookmarking, etc.

5.Email Marketing and customer support. - (Very Important)

6. Social media engagement and customer support.

7. Detailed report for assessment and to keep track on the biz activities and growth.

8. Simple Video editing - (Important)

Other Important qualities
1. Must be organised
2. Must be proactive
3. Can take the initiative without being asked.
4. Must speak excellent English and have good communication skills.
5. Must be easily accessible during working hours. And also be willing to put in additional work if needed.
6. Must give detailed report on tasks performed on a weekly basis. But will be daily basis for the first two weeks until we are comfortable working together.
7. Must be able to come up with a plan of action for all the tasks to be performed -be very meticulous and organised.
8. Must be able to give suggestions as to important steps that need to be taken and take those steps too -be proactive - experience with online business and internet marketing social media marketing and management is highly essential.
9. Must be able to create content planner for ig, fb, Twitter, blog and marketing like forums etc.
10. Must have knowledge about sales funnels, and how it works.
11. Must be a fast learner and willing to learn.

Our salary offer is $200 for the first probationary month which must be completed for compensation to be made. I am sure that if you can work hard and deliver as per my initial needs in this job offer, then the second month salary will be increased to $400.
