Job Description:
Performs data input functions and processes all real estate information; to include, new listings, changes, deletions, sales, etc. May serve as a back up to other office staff. Assists with special projects as needed. Assignments are generally routine in nature and are carried out in accordance with general work instructions and established office practices and precedents.
General Duties (Includes but is not limited to the following):
• Input ALL listings into the MLS for the company
• Uploads all Supplements to the MLS for all Listings
• Creates Pipeline Coversheet for ALL NEW listings
• Uploads entire file into Pipeline for Compliance Review
• Orders all Yard Signs from vendors around the Puget Sound
• Coordinate with Online Marketing to make sure Listing is being Marketed correctly
• Gather Additional Documents for Signatures – IF needed
• Tracks / Coordinates Price Reductions in the NWMLS for all Active Listings -- all Form 19's
• Tracks / Coordinates Status changes in the NWMLS for all Active Listings - all Form 19's
• Tracks / Coordinates Amendments to Listing Agreements -- all Form 18's
• Tracks / Coordinates all Cancellations and Expired off the Active Book of Business
• 2 weeks before Listings Expire --
• After a listing has been Expired for several months

Requirements:
• Must have prior Prelisting Coordinator experience
• Will take charge of the client's CRM account
• Must be fluent and experienced with WA State real estate contracts, compliance and guidelines
• Strong administrative, communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and a good problem solver
• Strict attention to detail
• Fluent with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
• Bachelor’s degree an advantage
• Must be willing to work from 9AM – 6PM PST or 11PM – 9AM MNL
• Reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 3mbps & up, pc/laptop, back up pc and internet connection, and headset
