Experienced Magento Developer needed / Start Today / Work at home part time or full time position

We are looking for a dedicated, honest and loyal full time employee to help us with our growing startup in Germany.

ABOUT US
We are a Germany-based company, our working language is German and English.
We operate a German website based on magento which we'll extend to English by the end of this year / beginning of next year.
We work in the field of educational and personal development trainings, educational products and services and charity work.

Your role will consist of developing code in response to our ongoing need for enhancements to our Magento platform.

You MUST possess the following qualities:
* Solid experience in Magento development (at least 2-3 years)
* Experience with ZEND framework
* Advanced PHP / MySQL coding skills
* Excellent knowledge of HTML / CSS / Javascript
* Strong English skills
* Ability to multi-task well
* Your own laptop (less than 3 years old) and a high quality headset
* Full-time high-speed Internet connection
* Access to Skype for meetings
* Good time management skills
* Be reliable and able to meet deadlines

If you ALSO possess some of these skills you will have an advantage over other candidates:
* Some knowledge of German
* Front-end development: CSS theming; PSD2HTML; PSD2CMS
* jQuery
* Java

REQUIREMENTS
Magento, SVN, useful to know nginx
Understanding the importance of meeting deadlines.
Work together closely with designer and other members of our team, depending on the situation.

This role is a part time role at 20 hours per week. You must be available on skype Mo-Fr, 10am-1pm German time (4pm-7pm Philippine' time); your other work times can be discussed. A permanent position will be offered after a probationary period. Salary is dependent on experience. 15% bonus for exceeding goals once fully trained may also be offered. Full Time can be offered after we are satisfied with your work.
