Inbound Calls / VA Superstar Wanted for Australian Electrical Contractor

If you are someone who:
Has around 10 years experience in a call centre
Have fluent AUSSIE english skills both written and spoken (previous experience working with an Aussie business is a BIG plus)
You have an awesome work ethic
A really bright and bubbly personality that loves talking to people
Tough enough to deal with challenges
Have the ability to follow systems but not be robotic about it
Experience with SIMPRO or similar program would be a huge advantage but not required if you have the ability to learn new programs and skills
Loves to learn and do new things as well as doing a great job with the routine

You must have a strong and reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment where calls can be taken without background noise or interruption

Working Hours are 8am AEST to 5pmAEST Monday to Friday
