Role overview:
The Verification Agent / Customer Support role will be responsible for onboarding our customers quickly and smoothly. This remotely working position gives you the freedom to work from anywhere you want, with flexible work schedules.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University/College Bachelor Degree
- Proficiency in English is a MUST (both written and spoken), but conversational ability in another language(s) is desirable.
- Customer Service

Benefits:
- Salary: US$3 paid hourly, once a month, as a contractor.
- Team bonuses or individual bonuses based on team’s target and work performance.
- Training (all travel expenses will be covered) and working laptop will be provided.
- Hours are flexible and you can work from home, as long as you can commit at least 40-60 hours/week (This is a full-time position).
