Clipboard Health is a company with the mission to make it easier for nursing staff and nursing facilities to find and work with each other. We need a customer success manager who can be proactive in making our customers happy and problem solve ahead of time, as well as help us with the day to day tasks of hiring, onboarding and sending nurses off to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospice and/or hospitals. Think of it as uber for nurses. We are looking for someone who is a self starter and who is excited about customer success and general project or operations management, and can work 5 days a week (including Saturday and Sunday).
Responsibilities:
•Hire and onboard nurses or nursing assistants or other healthcare workers
•Manage job boards and ad spend - updating jobs and locations, manage social media channels, increase or decrease budgets depending on need
•Use an ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) to manage candidates in the pipeline
• Shift Filling for Facilities
•Update Facility Calendars
•Firefighting (finding last minute replacements for shifts)
•Verify Documents
•Provide Customer Service and Account Management to Nurses and Facilities
• Research across the web on numerous topics, such as compliance, worker's compensation laws, etc.
Qualifications
• Ability to speak and write English
•1+ Years in a Customer Service Capacity
•Some experience working remote (preferred)
•Ability to work independently
•Excited to work Weekends and Evenings
•Experience coordinating and managing schedules
You *must* have reliable internet and be able to communicate with the team.
