Fil-Am looking for VA for Growing Dessert Company

We would love someone with the following to join our team:

- MUST use Pages and not Microsoft WORD
- deep internet research
- jotting down changes and implementing current systems
- customer relations
- B2B relations
- searching for products/ingredients and negotiating for better prices
- Alibaba research
- adaptable and willing to learn and grow.
- VA should be fluent in English
- available for phone calls 6am - 1pm EST
- Experience in being a personal assistant

We are a food company with wholesale partnerships and catering contracts in need of assistance in this department. This includes but is not limited to sending invoices and emails, speaking to customers on the phone, recording data to track sales, scheduling, prospecting to future partners, and keeping a strong relationship with our wholesale partners.

Starting salary will increase after a 30-day trial period.
