Customer Support Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing our interstate & local moves
- Planning and scheduling customer moves
- Pre-move confirmation & Estimated arrival time day of move
- Quality assurance/ Claims calls
- Follow up calls after move is completed
- Work closely with our sales department & Operation Manager
- Daily administrative paperwork.
