Real Estate Assistant w/ TLO, Lexus N. Access- Skip Tracing, Web Research, Marketing Research, Property Research, Data E

U.S. based Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking a Real Estate Assistant to help grow our marketing efforts and help with various real estate related tasks.

The Tasks/Job will include, but not limited to:

- Conducting Property Title Searches to compile Seller and Legal Owner Information

- Skip Tracing the Legal owners, using their OWN Skip Trace Programs, such as TLO, Lexus Nexus, Spokeo, BeenVerified, etc. (Must have their own Accounts)

- CAREFULLY & PRECISELY Entering Data into Spreadsheets and/or Google Docs

- Conducting Internet Searches

- Data Mining/ Data Scraping and Data Entry

- And other real estate related assignments and Projects to be discussed at a later date

** The Individual MUST BE detail oriented, precise, tech savvy, speak and write GOOD ENGLISH, will need to follow instructions well and have EXPERIENCE performing these type of tasks and projects.
