I am looking to hire an assistant familiar with shopify fulfillment process to help scaling up a shopify store plus some other help with administrative tasks.
Prerequisites

- You need to be familiar with Oberlo, Shopify, Aliexpress,
- Perfect English language skills required.
- Please provide examples of your previous experience
- Which stores did you manage?
- How did you organize yourself?
- How do you handle difficult customers?
- Need to have stable internet connection
- Trustworthy person
Compensation:

This is a full time job but I would want first to start with 2 week fixed terms to test if it works out or not. Compensation for 2 weeks is USD 225 which translates into USD 450 per month for 42 hours per week.. Payment via PayPal
Job Description:

a) Shopify Store
- Order Fullfillment & Customer Service
- Order Products on Ali Express
- Get Tracking numbers, send to customer and mark products as fullfilled
- Answer all customer questions and
- Live Chat (evtl. phone support) for Customers
- Create texts for posts on
- Create Images & Videos
- Find new products on Aliexpress (as per my criteria)
- Add new products to inventory and write product description / sales pitch
b) General & Admin
- Daily
- Secretary work / draft letters for other projects
- Prepare NDAs ready for signing
- Some accounting / booking work (data entry)
- Prepare invoices / expense reports
- Keep track of all revenues and costs
- Ad-hoc industry research on Internet
- Article writing
- Prepare social media posts for other websites
