Hey! Looking for some team members who are able to work full-time to grow up an e-commerce.

Skill #1 Fluent speaking and writing English is the must

Shopify Skills :
- Adding product according to our spreadsheet
- Managing the store in general
- Always wanna optimize, wanna do better than competition with suggests on what to improve
- With a single image, be able to source, edit & watermark and produce with high-quality product images (if you do not know how to do this I can learn you do not worry)
- Fulfilling Orders


Facebook Ads: (NOT ALL REQUIRED, I will learn you the most as I can, you just have to know how to create a simple ad! that's just bonus)
- Creating attractive ad copies
- Split testing ads to find which works best
- Targeting by demographic, interest, pages
- Creating custom audience based on activity or engagement
- Creating lookalike audiences to target
- Managing adspend/revenue to achieve positive ROI/ROAS
- (optional) Scaling campaigns by increasing adset budgets, duplicating, LAA

Please advise what the salary desired would be and your prior experience in one or more of these areas. Bonuses and Opportunities for pay increases will be given based on results.
