Outbound Telephone Sales

OVERVIEW

We are looking for several long term senior outbound sales agent (OSA). The OSA will be responsible for contacting home owners and identify which homeowners have interest in selling their house in the next 12 months.

The OSA will need to have perfect English accent and grammar and be able to have active listening and note taking in order to build relationships with these clients over the course of several months. Previous experience with salesforce.com and/or Five9 auto dialer is a plus but not required.

SKILLSKET

Native sounding English (US) speaker

Excellent customer engagement ability such as rapport building, and a professional bu friendly voice personalilty.

Positive and energetic phones skill, excellent listening skills

1 year experience in outbound lead generation

Real estate experience a plus but not required

Can work with minimal supervision

Tech savvy, fast learner of systems etc.

Good English communication skills - Verbal and Written

Ability to work US Timezones

EQUIPMENT

Wired internet connection with minimum speed of 3MBPS

PC running Win7 or newer

USB headset
