Senior Level Programmer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced programmer who wants to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing industry. This position requires you to work closely with other remote engineers, designers, and upper executives to perform a wide variety of programming related tasks. Qualifications
• Must be capable of producing hand written HTML (xHTML, HTML5, etc.) and CSS
• Proficient knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Knowledge of jQuery (or pure Javascript) and AJAX
• Must know how to properly use git and Github.com
• Knowledge of the Apache2 web server
• Knowledge of Linux (and specifically the LAMP stack) is a big plus
• Knowledge of popular open source applications (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.) is a plus
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Requirements
• 5 years of experience (or a very strong portfolio)
• Portfolio of existing work
• Ability to multitask while under pressure
• Must be available 24/7 (on-call) for emergencies
