Production Manager

As Production Manager you will:

Be responsible for the day to day running of the company
Identifying and acting on CI opportunities
Identify training needs within the team
Be responsible for factory running efficiency
Profile

The successful candidate will:

Be an experienced manager within a Healthcare Environment
Have experience in implementing LEAN and CI techniques
Have examples of situations where you have made business critical decisions
Be able to communicate cross functionally within all teams in the business
Be comfortable presenting KPIs to shareholders in the business.
