Full Time Customer Service Representative Needed

Looking for a customer service representative to work full-time for an e-commerce store. Initially, the job will include the following tasks:

-answer calls and customer questions
-reply to customer questions by email
-reply to customer questions when they message through the chat widget on the website
-call customers who have left an "abandoned cart"
-request quotes from suppliers
-fulfill orders with suppliers
-track shipment information

Eventually, the successful candidate will also be doing the following tasks:

-updating product pages / loading new products
-resizing images
-updating social media sites
-other tasks as they arise

The job starts at $400/month (paid weekly), but after an initial trial period of 3 months, a pay increase will be given if the candidate is progressing and performing well. The job requires the candidate to work 7 hours per day (9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time with 1 hour lunch break), 5 days per week Monday - Friday. This is a full time position, not a contract or temporary job.

The following are mandatory qualifications/characteristics of a successful candidate:

-must be available to work from 22:00 to 6:00 Philippines Time
-must have an excellent command of the English language in speaking, writing, reading and listening
-must have good customer service skills
-must be willing to speak with customers over the phone
-must have an eye for detail and be willing to learn
-must not have another job
-must have a computer and phone in their home with reliable and fast internet
