Full time developer needed for a U.S. based company

Looking for a full time developer to create and modify Visual Studio projects.

Must be able to write clear comments for others to view.

Current projects are to build financial software for desktop and web.

Must have good understanding of VB / C#.

Current desktop applications are written in Visual Basic and ---------- with databases in MS Access.

Current web apps are written in ---------- and C# using MS SQL.

We are looking for a full time applicant, but can accept part time.
